I built this programme because I've seen it from both sides. For 15 years I ran a global recruitment business at the heart of the media industry — building relationships with senior executives worldwide, placing leaders at the highest levels, and operating my own high-pressure business at the same time. I understand the demands of that world from the inside. I know what elite performance looks like, and I know exactly what it costs when you don't look after yourself while chasing it.

We start with a deep-dive consultation, understanding your goals, your schedule, your current health baseline, and what's getting in the way. From there, I design a programme that integrates across every dimension of your performance: physical training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset.
